At Lark Business Advisory we are monitoring the impact that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having across Australia as well as the rest of the world.
We wish to assure all of our clients and the professional service providers we work with that we are taking a “business as usual approach” with team members still attending our office. Whilst this is our current stance we are also acutely aware and prepared for this to change at very short notice.
As we use best practice technology and are fully cloud based all of our team members have full remote access capability from home or another remote venue should this be required. This allows us to be very agile and responsive to changes/disruptions in our current working environment.
Data security is paramount and we use Practice Protect software which allows us to secure and control sensitive client data via two-factor authentication.
Our IT infrastructure gives us the capability to operate at full capacity which may be either at home or from some other remote venue should any of our team members or their family members be subject to a self-quarantine situation.
Consequently, we have the capability to continue to serve the needs of our clients in these very challenging times.
We understand at this time that some clients may prefer to avoid a face-to-face meeting. In such a case we have a number of options available:
Zoom – which allows the face-to-face conferencing from a desktop, laptop or mobile
Facetime – which allows video calls with people who have an iPhone/iPad
The disruptions we are currently facing both privately and in business are unprecedented.
